Other days, we’re meeting the CMS requirements for the Care Center so we maintain our five star rating, and then we’ll be in the kitchen taking care of the chefs and cooks to be sure the equipment all works properly. Every day is a new set of challenges, and it’s never stagnant and certainly never boring.
